As our new Senior Electrical Engineer - Data Centre , you'll be a vital part of the team who are changing the way we design and deliver major works to be carbon neutral and sustainable. Your primary responsibilities will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing electrical systems for data center projects. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the smooth integration of electrical infrastructure into the data center environment.
Your role will include:
- Design and develop electrical systems with a primary focus on Data Centre projects or mission critical environments
- Contributing to the electrical design components of large-scale projects from inception to completion
- Produce concept and detailed designs in line with client requirements.
- Utilise your problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
- Apply the principles of Safe Design
- Work with our Buildings clients across the country, as well as on major national defence projects.
- Opportunities to apply your skills and creativity to complex projects in other geographies and markets with diverse teams of people from across our business.

As well as experience in an Electrical Engineer role. Specifically
- Demonstrated experience in electrical design and implementation, ideally within the Data Centre
- Ability to run the design management process and work within teams which will have both a strong local component but also connecting with professional's interstate & overseas.
- A strong technical background
- A desire to maintain our client experience standards.
