Jacobs Substation Power team is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer (Secondary Systems) to manage and deliver consultancy engineering services in the fields of High Voltage Transmission and Distribution. We're looking for someone to join our Melbourne team with the following skills and experience:
- Senior Electrical Engineer with well-established High Voltage power transmission experience from an engineering consultancy or utility provider highly regarded.
- Capability in Secondary Systems design for Transmission and Distribution utilities.
- Ability to design Protection and control schemes skillfully and self-guided or under the direction of others.
- Competency in leading technical design packages and consultancy services.
- Prior exposure to Power Design Management, including civil, electrical, and structural engineering disciplines will be highly regarded.
- Proactively engages with clients, managing tenders and proposals utilising professional report writing skills.
- Relevant Electrical tertiary qualification.
