- Provide expert advice on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives to support employee career development and succession planning.
- Analyze trends in employee feedback and recommend improvements to management.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and fair treatment.
- Facilitate training and workshops on various HR topics and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior HR advisory role.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
