Senior Employee Success People Advisor

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Employee Success People Advisor to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our employees’ success through tailored advice and support. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for employee development and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.Location: Sydney CBD
Contract Term: Until January 2025 with potential for extensionKey Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide expert advice on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Lead initiatives to support employee career development and succession planning.
• Analyze trends in employee feedback and recommend improvements to management.
• Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and fair treatment.
• Facilitate training and workshops on various HR topics and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in a senior HR advisory role.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
