  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in various Employee Relations/Human Resource Management courses.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and course materials to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide other academics and undergraduate and postgraduate students in their academic pursuits.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to foster research initiatives and secure external funding.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the International Business curriculum and academic programs.
