A full-time, permanent role in the firm's Brisbane CBD office for an experienced Employment Lawyer whose current practice is dominated by defendant-representative work in Workplace Relations, Employment and WHS matters.
The successful candidate will have well-rounded skills across drafting, negotiating, advisory and dispute resolution, and a demonstrated history of formulating pragmatic and commercially sound solutions to Employment, Workplace and WHS related issues that arise with clients. As this role is in a senior capacity, there will be additional expectations for you to fulfil regarding the mentorship and guidance of junior lawyers.

- 5 - 7 years PAE exclusively in Employment, Workplace and WHS Law, accrued in the Brisbane CBD in reputable firms.
- Detail-oriented and a strong commercial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills: strong plain English communication skills (verbal and written) and a friendly manner with a team player attitude
- Admitted to practice in Queensland
- Experienced in practicing in Queensland
