Form of work Aspect Personnel are working with a Government Organisation Melbourne to recruit a Senior Engineer within their Road Design Services team. This is a Hybrid role with 3 days in the office / 2 days WFH. Employed as a Civil Design Lead, you will be responsible for: Effectively deliver Road Design services under limited supervision within agreed timeframes and budget, and to a high standard. Exercise sound technical judgement and provided trusted technical advice and solutions relating to road and traffic disciplines. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and clients. As the ideal candidate you will have/be: A degree in Civil Engineering, or relevant experience/qualifications Experience in Road Design Excellent can-do attitude.
