SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OFFICER – PART TIME
The Shire of Waroona is located in the Peel Region and offers residents an enviable small town country lifestyle featuring the forests of the scarp and Preston beach on the coast, not far from the major centres of Mandurah to the north and Bunbury to the south.
The Shire is actively seeking an enthusiastic Senior Environmental Health Officer to join our Regulatory Services team. The role is part-time, with negotiable working hours totalling 15.5 per week, providing flexibility for the successful applicant. Expressions of Interest from contract EH service providers are also welcome. As a passionate and driven individual, you will play a key role in achieving environmental and public health goals within the Waroona community. This permanent position offers exposure to a variety of projects, events, and unique experiences, allowing you to coordinate the delivery of the Public Health Plan. Salary: $44,330 to $52,390 per annum for the two days per week, equivalent to $55 to $65 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience).
