The Job!

• Working with a Developer full of passion and pride for building a community that residents will love, and flourish in.
• Long term, community driven sales role, where your impact to the customer and the project is long reaching.
• Where the ethos is not just about  ‘closing the deal’, rather making long term relationships with the community.

Key duties will include:

• Being the knowledgeable face of the project, responsible for sales delivery and high level end to end customer engagement
• Leading a team of like minded Sales Professionals
• Delivering on Sales objectives and targets
• Providing pricing and lot cut mix recommendations based on current market conditions and trends
• Delivering on and contributing to Sales and Marketing strategies
• Continuing to build a database of prospects, and ongoing database management
• Weekly reporting and commentary on sales activity both at the Projects, and on the wider market
• Daily workflow tasks, such as CRM management, contract preparation, client follow-up etc
• Networking and strong stakeholder management, including builders, and the project developer

About You!

We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to be the face of this award winning masterplan community. You will be the lead on delivering sales targets, team leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic sales strategies. 

• You will come with a strong background in Property, Land Sales or new Build Sales
• Build and maintain strong networks within customer groups, Building Consultants, channels and brokers
• Prior leadership experience 
• A true Sales Leader that will lead and drive sales results
• With the desire to nurture and give, but with the skill to find solutions and think on their feet in a fast-paced sales environment
• You are creative, fun, genuine, caring, energetic and a bit on the quirky side.
• To secure an interview you will need to demonstrate that you possess enthusiasm and a genuine willingness to succeed within a vibrant and collaborative company culture.
• You will need to hold either your Real Estate Licence or Agents Rep Certificate. You will have your own car and a current driver’s licence.
• You have excellent customer service and sales skills, organised with keen time management.  
• You will ideally possess advanced computer skills and must be able to work within an environment where you can effectively communicate with individuals and groups, clients and key stakeholders alike.
