In order to join the team as our new Senior Estimator you will have the ability to work within a fast-paced industry while all the time exceeding expectations and KPI’s. Industry experience coupled with a positive attitude, site-based knowledge and strong organisational skills will allow you the tools required to succeed in this position.

Key activities (include but are not limited to the following):
- Write building insurance assessment reports
- Estimate for building re-instatement works
- Answering phone calls and emails from clients, trades people and supervisors
- Work with supervisors to achieve set budgets
- Updating database and online portal systems
- Meet SLA & KPI requirements driving performance expectations
- Other duties as directed
Key Skills:
- Carpentry / Building Trade Qualification (Preffered)
