Our client is an established building company specialising in Residential Housing in multiple states. Based on the Gold Coast and operating successfully for over 20 years they are an industry leader and highly regarded brand in volume housing.
About the Position
Currently an opportunity exists for a Senior Production Estimator to join the team! Reporting to the Estimating Manager you will be responsible for managing BOQ files in Databuild, take offs and bill of quantities for project homes.
What we're looking for
- 4 years production estimating experience
- Databuild experience essential
- Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications
- Strong eye for detail and time management
- Good interpersonal skills
