In a Senior Estimating role, you will have knowledge in:
- First principles estimating in the Power, Water, Utilities and Infrastructure sectors.
- Preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and expenditure profiles for projects and work packages
- Co-ordination and production of feasibility studies and multi-tier cost reports
- Undertake key tendering and procurement activities, including establishing pre-qualification stage requirements, preparation of pre-tender estimates, tender analysis, tender reports and the compilation of contractual documents
- Deep analysis and assessment of cost estimates and forecasts provided by contractors and the supply chain
- Application of estimating and cost planning activities including producing and presenting a final cost plan
- Good knowledge and experience of the main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
