Job Description:THE ROLEAs part of our Growth & Strategy Team, you will lead the way in securing major water/waste
Water Infrastructure Projects worth up to $150 million across Australia and New Zealand. As a seasoned
Senior Estimator based out of our North Ryde Office in Sydney, you can leverage your expertise to ensure that estimates are accurately and competitively prepared and delivered, with a clear understanding of strategies, methodologies, and risk profiles.You will report to the Lead Estimator and collaborate closely with some of the industry's top professionals to build strong working relationships within the business.
Some of the key responsibilities include:- Lead the estimation preparation for the workstream and collaborate with other team members to ensure effective delivery of tender submissions and operational estimation activities across all tenders.
- Review and analysis of RFT packages and subcontractor quotations.
- Negotiate and influence business solutions related to costing, budgeting, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare project bid status reports, provide/ implement tender solutions, and ensure contract specifications and documentation compliance.
- Utilise historical, market, and industry data to generate pricing estimates and track actual costs during the project lifecycle for accuracy comparison.
ABOUT YOU- A Trade or Engineering qualification and a proven track record as an Estimator in water/wasteWater Infrastructure construction projects.
- High proficiency with MS Suite is necessary; exposure to Candy or Expert Estimator is an advantage.
