Qualifications & experience
- Cert 3 In Plumbing & Gas Fitting (Registered/ Licensed)
- Must have extensive and proven experience working as a Senior Project Manager.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management and estimation within the commercial plumbing industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in project management or related field are highly desirable.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time completion within budget and to the highest standards.
- Conduct thorough project evaluations and estimations, including cost analysis, material requirements, and labor allocation. Working closely with Managing Director with all estimates.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and lead project meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Direct and manage workflow and daily tasks with senior plumbers on site
