You will be responsible for solving important, complex and varied problems across all digital.See yourself in our teamReporting to Experience Design Chapter Lead you will be part of the Digital Experience Chapter, which is responsible for delivering the Customer Experience strategy and vision across all digital touch points for the retail arm of the Bank. This Chapter consists of Experience Designers, UI designers, UX writers and Accessibility Managers who work closely with our partners in digital research to deliver customer driven outcomes.The team has a strong learning and sharing culture where you can improve your skills as a designer.You will be responsible for helping your crew achieve business and customer outcomes dependent on great digital experiences.Where will you go?If you live the values and demonstrate the people and digital capabilities, we can offer great opportunities for progression. This role can progress to an Experience Design Lead role overseeing a portfolio of products and projects within Digital.On any given week you willManage several projects autonomously with overview from the Experience Design LeadWork with Experience Designers and your Lead to create and implement a cohesive UX vision and strategyAssist your Lead to scope, plan and provide estimates for your projectsUse the digital strategy to deliver customer-centric experiences through the creation of decision trees, UI flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes, including detailed documentationUse data and exploratory research to understand the customer and business drivers behind the products and deliver measurable outcomesManage a wide range of stakeholders, including Product Owners, Dev/Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Compliance representativesWork closely with the delivery teams to ensure design assets and specifications fit with their requirements, including Product Owners and Dev/Engineering teams, some based remotelyWe are interested to hear from people withExtensive knowledge of customer centred design balanced with commercial acumenStrong communication skills with demonstrated success presenting design in a clear and persuasive mannerCross-functional stakeholder management and influencing skillsStrong problem-solving, conceptual and design skills to drive solutions at all levels of detail across responsive web platformsWell-rounded experience designing across web, responsive mobile and native apps.Ability to visualise solutions in appropriate ways: e.g. flows, free-hand sketching, white-board facilitation, wire framing and prototypingExperience using customer research, usability testing, behavioural or digital analytics to drive and enhance design optimisationSolid experience planning and managing UX project delivery within an Agile development framework to agreed timeframes and budgetsExtensive experience mapping detailed end-to-end customer experiences involving multiple touch-points, processes, people and technology to enable the business to make strategic decisions for service improvementsExperience generating customer value propositions, service blueprints, journey maps, strategic roadmaps that are informed and validated by customer researchExcellent stakeholders management skills, bringing them along the journey, creating compelling buy-in, and presenting final outcomes with impactPlease include a portfolio demonstrating UX process, low and high-fidelity design skills & Outcomes.If this sounds like you then apply today!If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through to submit a valid application.
