We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Structural Engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.

Duties 

• Manage and supervise post-tension installation projects in large multilevel constructions from conception to completion.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate closely with builders, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
• Participate actively in client meetings and presentations, addressing queries and discussing project progress.
• Conduct advanced structural analysis and design for multilevel buildings with a focus on post-tension systems.
• Evaluate the stability, strength, and durability of post-tensioned structures, identifying optimal design solutions.
• Implement rigorous quality assurance procedures to guarantee the reliability and safety of post-tension installations.
• Conduct detailed inspections of post-tensioned structures, identifying potential issues and recommending appropriate corrective measures.
• Prepare comprehensive inspection reports, outlining findings and recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Communicate complex structural concepts and findings clearly and concisely to clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers, facilitating their professional growth and development.
• Review and approve drawings, calculations, and reports prepared by junior engineers, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualification & Experience

• Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural consulting/design firms
• Minimum 4 years of experience in PT design in multi-storey building projects
• Competent RamConcept or/and RAPT software user
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro) and AutoCAD.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing project requirements.
