We currently have exciting expansion plans and opportunities for the future.A position is available on a casual basis for a motivated Senior 1st Class Fabricator/Welder.
- A multi-faceted Fabricator/Welder, to work on a variety of interesting projects. Working with structural, alloy, stainless and Q & T steels to Australian Standards. Certified welding to relevant Australian Welding Standards. Welding techniques include:
- TIG
- MIG / GMAW / FCAW
- Stick / ARC
- Stud and
- Spot welding
- Welding standards conformed to include:
- AS-1554 (part 1 to 6)
- ISO-15614
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication
- Competent in Mig & Tig welding to AS1554 standards.
- Reliable with a positive work ethic
- Able to work through challenges with a positive approach and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with Engineers, Inspectors and Machinist to achieve consistent quality outcomes.
- Applicants will be required to have a National Police Check
38 hour week with a half day on Friday's, with Friday staff lunch BBQ supplied.
Overtime is available.
