Our client is a well-established provider of Facility Management services across a wide range of industries on a national basis. It is known for its contemporary approach, customer focus and ability to adapt quickly to rapidly changing environments.
This senior role will report to the Managing Director and be fully accountable for all aspects of a large, well established national contract with a client in the retail convenience sector. Services provided will focus on the optimisation of annual maintenance and replacement capex spends in the vicinity of $75m across a wide range of plant and equipment located at 750 sites. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Business Leadership
- Financial Management - budgeting and reporting
- Commercial Management - spend optimisation
- Client Relations
- Operational Management
- Health and Safety Leadership
You will lead and be supported by a nationally based team of approximately 12 professionals including a focused team providing commercial, business analytics, health and safety, contract performance and asset management support services.
To be successful in this role, you will draw upon your skills and experience as a leader in the FM sector. Your career to date will include a blend of operational, commercial and team leadership in commercially demanding environments. Experience in managing maintenance and asset management activities in a fast-paced retail or similar environment will be mandatory or highly regarded.
