We have an exciting opportunity for aSenior Finance Analyst - Manufacturing & Distribution to join our dynamic Supply Chain Finance team. Based in Adelaide. This position reports into the Manufacturing and Value Creation, Finance Manager and acts as a trusted finance partner to key Supply Chain & Operations stakeholders across packaging, procurement, The Berri Estates winery and logistics. The Senior Finance Analyst will play a critical role in driving the ANZ Value Creation agenda, presenting an excellent opportunity to showcase problem solving and analytical skills to drive meaningful change.

This is a full time, permanent position.

• Support the delivery of the performance reporting and financial delivery for packaging, warehouse and logistics ANZ
• Perform analysis of monthly financial and operational results including future focussed, actionable commentary and insights
• Be a trusted finance business partner to Head of Procurement, Head of Contract Pack ANZ, Head of Logistics ANZ and Berri Estates Operations Director to support the ANZ SC&Ops full year budget and strategic value initiatives
• Assist with managing the value creation agenda through ideation, quantification, tracking and execution
• Embedding a strong forecasting and R&Os process to track delivery against annual budgets
• Manage the annual budget conversion costs process for packaging, logistics and procurement
• Act as a change agent across finance and operations, employing new ways of working and performance management practices
• Maintain financial governance through timely preparation of key balance sheet GL reconciliations for inventory balances

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Financial/Management Accounting and/or Commercial Finance roles
• Bachelor in Accounting/Finance or similar discipline 
• CA/CPA qualified or on the way to completing 
• Manufacturing, Financial Planning & Analysis experience (desirable)
• Ability to travel to other sites and flexibility for some meetings outside of traditional working hours 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to exercise leadership
• Able to work well under pressure and bias for action and results delivery
• Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written including for report writing and presentation skills
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and is self-motivated
• Excellent attention to detail, planning and organisational skills
• Well developed computer skills, particularly PC based applications including MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word
• Strong project management skills and ability to complete complex tasks with a high degree of competence in a realistic timeframe
• Contribute to team outputs and manage time effectively
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
