Your new role
As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will provide support to the Finance Manager and other accountants within the Finance Team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- BAS, FBT, and AP review
- Timely and accurate completion of end of month processes
- Managing the Revenue and Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Accounting of the organisation
- General financial accounting including journals and reconciliations
- Managing the Financial Accounting Team (with the Finance Manager)
- Maintaining financial systems integrity and processes
This is a long-term contract role.
What you'll need to succeed
- Graduate qualification in business, accounting or related disciplines.
- CPA or CA qualification (desirable).
- 5+ years’ experience as a Financial Accountant or similar.
- Experience supervising a small team
