- Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Personal Injury and HR, to deliver expense analysis including deep dives into underlying drivers and support the business with ad hoc financial queries covering the entire P&L. Prepare impactful presentations to concisely communicate outcomes of analysis and trends.
- Support the annual planning process, including analysis and validation of key planning inputs.
- Drive the implementation of process improvements and streamlining of tasks within the squad.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or relevant discipline. Relevant accreditations, for example CA / CPA, advantageous.
- Experience in Finance within the General Insurance industry and a demonstrated understanding of its key drivers advantageous.
- Ability to analyse complex information, identify errors or inconsistencies, extract meaningful insights, and create impactful presentations.
- Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships.
