SalaryWorking for a growing Renewable Energy organisation, this newly created role is critical in partnering with key executives and operational teams in supporting this organisation as they continue to grow and expand both globally and within the ANZ region.The Responsibilities
Reporting into the Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Financial analysis and modelling to support the evaluation of M&A opportunities
- Developing project finance models to aid in gaining funding for projects
- Preparation of investment proposals/presentations for the ELT and new investors
- Management of data rooms
- Relevant industry and market research
- Ad-hoc projects as they arise
You will be a degree qualified professional (Finance, Economics, Business or similar) with a passion and interest in the Renewable Energy sector. You will possess strong financial modelling and financial analysis experience across Infrastructure M&A/Project Finance. You will also be able to deal with ambiguity and possess a strong problem solving mindset.Additional Benefits
