Position: Senior Financial Planning Manager (FP&A)
Location: Listowel, ON
Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 Yearly
Industry: Manufacturing / Finance/ Forecasting/ Budgeting
Employment Term: Full Time / Permanent
Schedule: Hybrid
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Work collaboratively with department heads to align financial objectives with overall company goals
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights and support key decisions
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying trends and opportunities
- Provide recommendations to improve quality, profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting process
- Identify cost saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize financial performance
- Perform other duties as required.
- MBA or Post Secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven 4 – 7 years of experience in an accounting or financial role preferably in a manufacturing environment
- CPA designation is a definite asset
- Experience with ERP systems and related software such as Power BI etc.
- Experience in developing financial models
- Advanced proficiency in using MS tools
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
