To maintain this high-quality standard, we must have the best experienced senior Host’s as part of our team.
Currently we are hiring "Senior FOH" and 2IC at Zeea’s Eatery Glenunga.
Some of the abilities and responsibilities of this role will be:
- Greeting and serving Customers (using POS till)
- Answering phone – taking bookings or dealing with complaints / criticism
- Clearing tables
- Serving food and drinks
- Ability to make coffees
- To set up grinders/ coffee machine as required
- To wear the correct uniform, ensuring it is always kept clean and presentable
- To assist the Front of House Manager with ordering/stock control of all coffee related products (coffee, tea, sugar, powders, etc.)
- To ensure the absolute highest quality and consistency in any product made and served
- Carry out instructions given by the management team
- Assist in keeping the Front of House areas clean
- Keep up to date with new products and current promotions
- Always adhere to all company policies, procedures and licensing laws
As a "Senior FOH" at Zeea’s Eatery you must have the following attributes:
- Friendly and outgoing
- An excellent eye for quality
- Easily able to multi-task
- Work well within a team
- Extensive knowledge of menu items
- Extensive barista skills
- At least 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry
- Willing to work mornings, evenings and weekends
