You will be recruiting for role such as sales and hardware engineers. This is a contract role that will go until the end of the year and could get extended.QualificationsMust live in AustraliaMust be fluent in both English and Mandarin5+ years of recruiting experienceBuild strategic sourcing and recruiting plans by mapping the talent market.Optimize the use of recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and TopFunnel.Source, screen, and close high caliber candidates in a variety of technical positions.Collaborate with client recruiting teams to improve recruiting processes and help initiate scalable changes to existing recruiting strategies.Accurately track and report recruiting data.Learn from others on the team and share your knowledge in return.Have a direct impact on the future of our growing company.
