Senior Fullstack .Net Engineer

About You:
As a seasoned fullstack Engineer you thrive in dynamic environments, constantly learning and adapting to new technologies. You possess a deep understanding of .NET and AWS, coupled with a passion for crafting scalable and resilient systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize read commands and queries on raw data to improve database performance
- Modernize legacy code and migrate and upgrade applications
- Enhance and maintain a suite of unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
- Take ownership of developed components from design to production, providing post-go-live support
- Foster the development and growth of junior engineers through mentorship and hiring initiatives.
Essential Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in Asp.Net and .NET Core, SQL Server, DynamoDB
- Familiarity with command queue patterns in .net
- Experience with cloud AWS, particularly SNS/SQS/EC2 and Lambda
- Understanding of event-driven architecture and event sourcing
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as NUnit, Moq, NSubstitute, or similar.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture, messaging, and event bus platforms like SNS, SQS
- Expertise in CI/CD practices using tools
- Ability to build scalable and self-healing infrastructure in cloud environments.
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality code through practices like TDD and BDD.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Familiarity with React for front-end tech stack
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a hybrid role, with 1 – 2 days in the office
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with a diverse team and collaborate with the product team
