Uniting cutting edge technology, data, and retail smarts, you'll work behind the scenes, in the margins, and across every corner of the business - to uplift our capability, amplify our collective impacts, and revolutionise the customer experience.What will I be doing?As the Snr SAP CAR POSDTA Consultant, this is a great opportunity that will see you responsible for customising and configuring of SAP CAR POSDTA. You'll use your experience to align the SAP solution design with business and functional requiements. Some of the key deliverables will include:

• Customising and configuration of SAP CAR POSDTA.
• Review of developments/enhancement mapping and enhancements requirements within SAP CAR space.
• Planning, preparing and conducting Design Workshops and gathering of requirements.
• Functional unit testing, SIT Support, UAT Support, Go-Live support (as per various releases), Post Go-Live warranty support within SAP CAR POSDTA.
• Aligning the SAP solution design with business and functional requirements.
• Documenting functional specifications mapping specifications

What will I be bring

• 3+ years experience as a Functional Consultant, with at least 2 end to end implementations of SAP CAR
• Experience with Inventory Visibility / Stock on Hand within an SAP environment will be an advantage
• SAP CAR solution experience with in-depth knowledge around sales cross functional processes and integration points, including reporting and analytics.
• Able to work independently as well as in a multicultural team within Agile/DevOps and Waterfall environments.
• Ability in collaborating and liaising with team members, both internal and external teams, and 3rd parties within a corporate environment.
• Excellent client facing skills as well as verbal/written English language skills

What you'll bring

• You will bring a growth mindset and have proven capabilities to communicate and influence at all levels including executive.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects end to end ideally within the retail /FMCG sector.
• Build collaborative relationships across a diverse stakeholder base.
• Leverage your large-scale, fast-paced corporate experience to manage risks and make pragmatic decisions.
• Previous experinece leading large scale transformation projects would be highly desirable
