About the Position:
As a Senior ICT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing our organization's business needs, processes, and services to identify opportunities for improvement. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will be instrumental in driving business transformation through effective ICT solutions.
Key Responsibilities of the Role Include:
- Enhance corporate and business systems to align processes with required capabilities.
- Develop compelling business cases to support ICT initiatives.
- Forge strong relationships with stakeholders to identify business needs and potential solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive gap analyses and provide expert advice on proposed solutions.
- Champion continuous improvement and communicate technical issues in clear, understandable language.
- Utilise various techniques to elicit and document user requirements and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with system developers to ensure delivery of solutions meets expectations.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Business Analysis certification (e.g., IIBA/CAP).
- Previous Technical/Functional experience with Salesforce application projects.
- Expertise in developing technical requirements for complex applications.
- Experience developing Use Cases, User Stories and conducting workshops.
- Proven track record in technical business analysis across agile delivery models.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills.
