Position overview
This position is part of a small, hardworking team who are responsible for supporting and promoting the integrity and effective implementation of the University's gift funds across the gift life cycle. The role collaborates across ANU Advancement, Finance & Business Services, Colleges, Portfolios and Service Divisions to ensure gifts are implemented and accounted for correctly, contributing directly to donor satisfaction by supporting impact of giving reporting and the timely delivery of gift requirements. This position liaises across an extensive network to monitor expenditure and investments in line with fund purpose; develops, implements, and maintains the processes and tools that capture the impact of giving; and provides high quality advice and education to stakeholders that supports the achievement of the University's strategic philanthropic goals.
Our ideal candidate
To be successful in this role, you need to have a broad skillset that includes financial management and administration, contract management experience is highly regarded but not essential. You possess strong collaboration skills, and demonstrated ability to influence across all levels including colleagues, internal & external stakeholders. You demonstrate initiative, take pride in your work, and have a strong client-focused approach and, of most importance, you are willing to jump in and support your colleagues.
