Senior Graphic Designer

Duties & responsibilities:

• Translate client needs and visions into a unique brand or website design
• Manage design across client portfolios for brand strategy, branding, digital, websites & advertising
• Utilise your deep understanding of design across platforms such as WordPress, Adobe XD, Figma, and Adobe Creative suite
• Apply design skills and working knowledge of UX/UI processes to build solutions aligned with our clients' business strategies
• Create memorable and conversion-focused designs
• Contribute to brand strategy discussions
• Liaise with Account Managers and Developers to ensure design quality across website and design projects before release

Experience & attributes:

• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in the field of design for brands, packaging, websites and digital media
• Prior experience in a creative agency is essential
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles
• Skills for creating commercial and persuasive design
• Efficient in working to time constraints and budgets
• Keen attention to detail, elevated design aesthetics & skills
• Passion for learning new things & honing your craft
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 capabilities are highly advantageous

Software skills needed:

• Adobe XD
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Figma (beneficial but not essential)
