The RoleWe are seeking a talented, creative, and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Brands and Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our hospitality group and its associated venues and brands. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and culinary teams to ensure our visual communication aligns with our brand ethos and resonates with our target audience.
The Group is embarking on further expansion plans and we are looking for someone with the skills, experience, passion and desire to support and assist in driving this growth. Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Graphic Designer, your key responsibilities include:
- Conceptualize and design compelling visual collateral including menus, signage, advertisements, social media content, and promotions materials for multiple venues and brands within the hospitality group
- Build and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints and channels
- Collaborate with internal stakeholder to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet objectives and tight deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and competitors activities to continually elevate our visual communicate strategies
- Collaborate and assist in re-design and re-branding of all collateral, including website design and merchandise
- Assist social media manager with Video and Photography editing
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar position (hospitality preferred, not essential)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and other relevant design tools
- Ability to design for all digital media and print productions including menus, signage and merchandise
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- An in depth understanding of brand awareness and how its language is effectively communicated to the media and public
