AddressReporting to the Head of Product Enterprise Growth & Monetisation, the Senior Group Product Manager, Enterprise Growth & Monetisation role has a primary focus on ensuring we unblock barriers to JSM growth by working with teams to deliver on must have Enterprise big rocks and differentiators while optimising customer growth flywheel and delivering special projects.
Main Responsibilities
Drive Portfolio of capabilities and projects towards a common outcome
Take a leading role in driving strategic topics relevant to product management strategy and prioritization of Enterprise roadmap
Balance investments between building Enterprise Tablestakes vs Differentiators
Responsible for bringing together customer needs, blue sky ideas and analysis into tight narratives that help us see a future vision and execute on it
Engage with go to market teams, Atlassian collaborators, JSM organisation and Enterprise customers to present priorities and capture learnings
Escalation management - be involved in high-priority customer escalations during migration or post-migration phase; internal effort to resolve issues and close the loop with customer
Own projects from inception to execution readiness, building creative solutions and offering high quality and actionable recommendations
Be deeply involved in the review of month-to-month business performance, and part of a core group responsible for increasing visibility and accountability in our product management craft
Work directly with development and design squads at all levels of the organisation to drive prioritisation & alignment
Mentor, inspire and deliver outcomes of a growing team of 2-3 experienced Product Managers
Experienced in working on commercial side of Enterprise Product Management; taking SaaS products to market, ideally in the ITSM space
Must be comfortable leading a Portfolio of different domains that may not be connected and leading projects which cut across the whole organisation
Extensive product experience with a deep understanding of Enterprise Cloud software
Solid people management experience with a love for developing and mentoring Product Managers, while holding them accountable for multiple streams of work
Strong track record of growing high performing teams who can deliver on complex and highly dependent initiatives in a multi-year mission
Clarity of vision for your product / portfolio that provides the team with direction and inspiration
The ability to distill abstract challenges into strategy and break that down into a cohesive plan that empowers teams to turn problems into user and Atlassian success
The ability to ruthlessly prioritize and the technical know-how to partner closely with engineering to execute on the roadmap you define
Masterful communication, networking and stakeholder management skills that enable you to tell a compelling story at the right level to inspire any audience
A proven ability to encourage your teams to build better products with a constant dedication to understand, question, and improve the experiences for our users
