Senior Health and Safety Advisor - Performance and Improvement

The Role and its accountabilities:

The Senior Health & Safety Advisor, Performance and Improvementis a permanent, full-time position, offering flexible start and finish times and hybrid working opportunities.

This position can be based in Hobart, Launceston or Devonport.

The Senior Health & Safety AdvisorPerformance and Improvement will be responsible for;

Developing and deliver H&S projects as part of our multi-year H&S Program of Work

Ensuring that system solutions are simplified, accessible for a front-line workforce and linked to relevant IT platforms,

Focusing on strategically addressing development and maintenance of H&S management systems and frameworks.

Therefore, significant experience in managing Health and Safety solutions, high risk work environments and a tertiary qualification in Health and Safety are essential for success in this role.

Experience in system development, project management and stakeholder partnerships will also be highly beneficial.

This position attracts a total remuneration package, commencing at $116,000 through to $145,000 (inclusive of superannuation) dependent on experience.
