Work as a Senior Human Resources Advisor for a global gold producer, offering advice, support, and coaching to leaders in the areas of employee relations, procedures, and performance management.Key Responsibilities:
- Offer advice, support, and coaching to Supervisors/Line Managers on employee relations, performance development, and policy matters.
- Implement key HR projects and strategies, ensuring clear communication and support throughout.
- Contribute to designing and executing employee engagement activities.
- Prepare presentations, monthly/quarterly reports, and financial data with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a strong HR presence, addressing employee queries promptly and efficiently.
- Engage in professional networking opportunities, fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR procedures and systems, ensuring compliance with legislation
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
- Prior experience working in a mining or resources fly-in fly-out site environment is required.
- Must have a minimum of three year's experience in a HR Generalist position.
- Exposure to employment legislation, investigations, and performance case management
- Current WA Manual Drivers Licence
