The Senior HR Consultant/HR Consultant is a member of the Women's & Children's Health Network People & Culture team, implementing strategies at the forefront of People & Culture practice, including comprehensive leadership and culture development, and the implementation of learning management, performance and talent management systems and practice.
The Women's & Children's Health Network provides state of the art health care for women, babies, children and young people across South Australia. We are the state's leading provider of specialist care for children with acute and chronic conditions as well as being SA's largest maternity and obstetric service.
Our community-based services also reach hundreds of thousands of babies, children and young people, their families and communities across South Australia through our various services and programs in areas such as our Mental Health, Child & Family Health services, Youth Health and Aboriginal Health services.

The Opportunity
We currently have multiple exciting opportunities to join the People & Culture Team as a Senior HR Consultant/HR Consultant in a full time, temporary contract.
The Human Resources Consultant is accountable for the provision of HR consultancy and advisory services to senior management with regard to generalist human resource management, human resource development and employee relations. The position also provides quality, consistent and timely advice, in accordance with Government and SA Health policies and processes, on operational HR issues.
The Senior Human Resources Consultant Responsible for establishing productive working relationships and business partnering to assist in the resolution of complex and sensitive matters in accordance with SA Health and Public Sector policies and procedures, and assisting with the adoption of a continuous improvement approach to the management of staff.
About You
HR Consultant should have experience in providing expert advisory and consultancy services to senior management in a range of general Human Resource matters, including advising on, interpreting and administering legislative and policy requirements and representing the organisation during complex employee relations processes.
Senior HR Consultant should have proven experience in the delivery of human resource services and significant organisational development projects, programs and strategies that support SA Health and local site specific goals and objectives.
