AddressThis privately held fast growing business are looking for an energetic and passionate Financial Controller to help lead the business through 10x business growth.
Reporting to the Founder & CEO this role has a clear and career path to CFO as you play an integral part of the senior leadership team and the growth of this already successful business.
The Role
Specifically, your key activities will include:
- Performance management and development of the finance department
- Management of monthly reporting requirements (including internal management and board reporting)
- Co-ordination and delivery of the annual budget process and 3 year Strategic Plan
- Statutory accounting and taxation including liaison with auditors & tax advisors
- Optimum management of the company's cash position and reduction of foreign exchange risks in line with corporate policy.
- Maintenance of effective accounting and related financial controls.
- Maintain accuracy of the standard costs within the business and
- Establish and manage financial systems and procedures across the operation.
To be successful in this role you will have started your career in chartered and be CA Qualified. You would have moved into a corporate business in a finance leadership role and be looking to join a business where you can be integral to the success and growth of the business.
