The incumbent provides expert advice to management and the team. From time to time, they may be required to move

- Business process improvement: Identifying and analysing business processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This includes developing and implementing process improvements, as well as monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of these improvements.
- Business analysis: Analysing business needs and requirements to develop solutions that meet business objectives.
- This includes conducting feasibility studies, identifying, and evaluating options, and recommending solutions.
- Business modelling: Creating models of business processes and workflows to help identify areas for improvement.
- This includes developing and maintaining process models, as well as ensuring that these models are aligned with business objectives.
- Business strategy and planning: Developing and implementing business strategies and plans to achieve the
- organisational goals. This includes conducting market research, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Business relationship management: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met. This includes identifying key stakeholders, developing, and maintaining stakeholder engagement plans, and ensuring that stakeholder needs are addressed.
- Cloud technology management: Identifying and analysing cloud technologies to improve business processes and workflows. This includes developing and implementing cloud solutions, as well as monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of these solutions.
- Software quality assurance: Ensuring that software products meet the required quality standards. This includes developing and implementing quality assurance processes, as well as monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of these processes.
- Agile software delivery: Facilitate and collaborating with the development team to identify problems or opportunities, generate solutions, and document these findings in a way that everyone can understand.
- Undertake other activities which the incumbent might reasonably be expected to do, and which are consistent with the accountabilities and responsibilities as listed above.

- Demonstrated collaborative and inclusive approach to problem solving with the ability to work with Product Owners to break down complex ideas into actionable tasks.
- Demonstrated experience and commitment to the implementation of best practice, business process improvement and client focused service management and delivery standards to deliver effective and efficient services.
- Knowledge and experience with Cloud platforms, including those from AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Demonstrated experience conducting software quality assurance.
- Demonstrated experience engaging and managing vendors and tracking the delivery of services or solutions.
- Demonstrated high level organisational skills and understanding of project management and agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Demonstrated knowledge of agile software delivery methodologies.
- Highly effective negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Recognised Agile or SAFe certification.
