• Carrying out data loads and mappings from source systems as the need for reliable data expands.
• In charge of ensuring standards are followed when developing maps and transferring code from development to testing.
• Assure supervision and IDQ Repository access control.
• Keep the Address Doctor Real Time connection with the MDM Hub environment up to date and supported.
• Continue using Address Doctor dictionaries and data matching logic.
• Assist with all requests for new connections to APIs.
• Lead the creating, evaluating, implementing, and recording data quality processes and their results.
Responsibilities:
Using Informatica Cloud Data Quality, implement data handling, cleansing, and standardisation procedures as well as business transformation rules and logic (ETL).
• Utilise PL/SQL to develop and implement functions, stored procedures, and ETL jobs. Actively participate in planning sessions and agile scrum reviews. Actively participate in routine code reviews and the upkeep of process and code documentation.
Utilising Informatica and PL/SQL, develop business-driven solutions; define and document complex technical design and requirements; work with various business and technical teams to identify and resolve requirements; perform analysis, configuration, programming, and technical specification writing; and support efforts to establish corporate guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Experience and Qualification
- Requires prior knowledge of Informatica DQ Strong RDBMS SQL and troubleshooting skills
- Significant experience delivering and managing solutions around data integration
- Familiarity with current trends in data quality technologies; experience deploying Data Quality Framework and Solution
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter
- Experience with data governance strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of topics related to Dimensional Modelling and Data Warehouses, such as star schema, snowflakes, dimensions, facts, etc.
- familiarity with Agile development approaches; familiarity with release management and quality assurance procedures; and a strong focus on customer service.
- Strong technical and analytical skills; strong interpersonal skills and experience dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of SSRS, SSIS, and control is preferable
- More than seven years of experience running intricate queries against huge datasets to assist with business intelligence tasks
- More than seven years of ETL, database, and application performance tuning and debugging experience a minimum of five years' experience with common ETL technologies (Data Services and Informatica are desired).
