You can read more about SMHS in our Strategic Plan .This role provides a specialised data mining, analysis and presentation service to the Service 5 management team, Safety, Quality and Risk team, and other areas across a range of Service reform and improvement projects as directed. It also provides ongoing advice, analysis and interpretation of health service activity and patient/staff satisfaction data to inform the process of change within the Service.
