You can read more about SMHS in our Strategic Plan .This role provides a specialised data mining, analysis and presentation service to the Service 5 management team, Safety, Quality and Risk team, and other areas across a range of Service reform and improvement projects as directed. It also provides ongoing advice, analysis and interpretation of health service activity and patient/staff satisfaction data to inform the process of change within the Service. In this role you will be required to respond to current Service 5 business needs by initiating, developing and analysing data sets to inform key Service staff of the potential for improvement or change.Our Values guide our work in every action, and that includes recruitment and employment!
