We are seeking a talented Senior Integration Developer to join our Innovation and Integration team at Fusion5 and help us design and implement cloud-based solutions for our clients.

As a Senior Integration specialist, you will be responsible for integrating our clients' systems and applications with a focus on AWS, helping to streamline their business processes, enhance their data security, and boost their productivity.
Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and design integration solutions that meet their current and future state needs
• Developing and deploying integration solutions to meet business requirements, considering scalability, reliability, and performance
• Integrating disparate systems, applications, and data sources using middleware platforms, APIs, and custom code to enable seamless data exchange and workflow automation
• Managing the end-to-end implementation process, from solution design and development to testing and deployment
• Documenting integration designs, configurations, and workflows, and sharing knowledge with team members
• Providing ongoing support for integration solutions, including troubleshooting issues and optimising performance
• Staying up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends and sharing knowledge with the team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2-4 years’ experience designing and implementing AWS integration solutions
• Familiarity with other integration products such as Azure Integration Services
• Extensive experience in AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, SNS, Step Functions, and EventBridge for building scalable and efficient integrations
• Expertise in integration technologies and patterns such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, Webhooks, message queues, and event-driven architectures
• Proficient in programming languages commonly used in integration projects, such as TypeScript, Node.js, or .NET
• Familiarity with ARM templates/Terraform/Bicep
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms including OAuth, JWT, IAM roles, and policies for securing integrations
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like AWS CloudWatch, or Sentry for tracking and troubleshooting integration performance
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git for managing code repositories and collaborating with other developers
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira
• Experience working in Agile development environments, understanding of Agile principles, and participation in Agile ceremonies for efficient project delivery
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Exposure to the following will also be beneficial; Angular, JavaScript, Docker, Git & Gitlab source control, knowledge in CI/CD pipeline builds.
