In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing system-to-system interfaces, dataflows, APIs, and integration middleware. DescriptionKey Duties include:- Interface and Integration Development: Identify, analyse, and develop robust interfaces and integration flows to enhance system connectivity.
- Incident Management: Collaborate with the Enterprise Applications and Operations Teams to resolve production incidents related to integrations, ensuring timely recovery and implementing preventative measures to avoid recurrence.
- Process Improvement: Design, maintain and enhance existing integration processes to optimize performance and reliability.
- Architectural Design: Define integration and data flow architectures, frameworks, and best practices. Guide the design of stable APIs that can adapt to evolving platform technologies.
- Technical Delivery: Plan and execute technical delivery of integration work packages, ensuring timely and effective completion.
- Skill Development: Foster a culture of integration across development, support, infrastructure, and data teams, enhancing collective skills and knowledge.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform unit and integration testing of code to meet requirements, implementing corrective changes as needed.
- Additional Responsibilities: Handle any additional development or DBA tasks as required.
- Technology Selection: Lead the selection and implementation of specialized integration technologies.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining integration solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing integration architectures and APIs.
- Ability to perform thorough testing and ensure quality in integration processes.
- Experience with incident management and preventative measures in a production environment.
ProfileSkills and requirements:- 3+ years of prior experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using Azure integration services ( Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus; Azure API management and Event Grid)
- Strong understanding of different integration patterns such as messaging, pub/sub, ETL and APIs, and how to implement them using Azure Integration Services
- Development experience using C#, .NET
- API development experience using REST/JSON, SOAP/XML, Web service
- Strong understanding of application and API security and privacy controls
- Ability to have non-technical business conversation
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles including hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery workflows
