The Role
As a Senior Programmer Analyst at Yarra Valley Water, you will play a pivotal role in developing and guiding other developers to create and maintain complex products and services. Your contributions will directly contribute to the achievement of business outcomes, adhering to and enhancing best-practice processes and technologies within our organization.
What will I be doing?
- Develop, configure, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint platform (preferred), including designing APIs, building integration flows, and connecting various systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure they are effectively translated into integration solutions.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and design decisions.
- Uphold best practices in integration development, ensuring consistency, reusability security, and scalability.
- Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and technologies to contribute to the continuous improvement of YVW's IT products and services.
About You
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and attributes:
- Professional with over 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and coding across various domains such as REST,SOAP, JSON, XML, SQL and Microservices.
- Expertise in API-Led-Connectivity to connect data to applications through reusable and purposeful APIs.
- Experience working in large IT environments and delivering solutions, applying, and implementing common integration patterns.
- Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools for seamless integration deployment and management.
- Mulesoft Certifications desirable.
