Senior Intelligence Information Environment Analyst - CanberraKey responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of information requirements in collaboration with various departments and stakeholders.
- Conducting comprehensive all-source analysis of the Information Environment as specified by the organization.
- Managing information sources in an organized manner to facilitate easy referencing and retrieval in adherence to relevant policies and legislation.
- Crafting monitoring, analysis, and assessment reports to address the organization's information requirements within established reporting routines.
- Ensuring timely delivery of monitoring, analysis, and assessment products at a consistently high standard.
- Representing the organization at analyst exchanges and forums related to the Information Environment.
- Providing expert advice to senior leadership on effective monitoring and assessment systems and processes.
- Cultivating and nurturing working relationships across relevant areas within the organization and other government agencies.
- Contributing to the capacity-building efforts within the organization and other government agency staff in open-source monitoring, all-source analysis, and assessment.
- Training in all-source intelligence analysis.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience applying intelligence processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and produce high-quality intelligence products.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability to dynamic report requests.
- Proficient understanding of Measurement and Evaluation approaches.
- NV2 security clearance.
- Canberra work location with hybrid working model
- Previous experience in other government agencies.
- TSPV security clearance.
- Training in targeting and effects planning and execution.
- Background or qualifications in demographics, sociology, cultural studies, or international policy.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language.
