About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Internal Communications Officer is responsible for developing comprehensive, integrated communication campaigns for delivering organisation-wide Internal Communications as well as measuring the effectiveness of these campaigns in achieving organisational priorities.
The Senior Internal Communications Officer will lead internal communication activities including creating, moderating, producing and pitching high quality, engaging material for distribution across the organisation’s various internal communication channels.
About You
Our ideal applicant will Develop and manage new and existing Internal Communications channels with a focus on enhancing the level of engagement across the organisation whilst developing, implementing and assessing Internal Communications Strategies to support internal campaigns.
Interpret key information about council services, initiatives and programs to provide clear and accessible communication to staff.
