About the Role:
Working as a communication executive for the Trilogy Care marketing team is a dynamic and fulfilling role. It involves crafting compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences and promoting Trilogy Care's innovative home care solutions. You will use your experience as a communications professional to develop and execute marketing communications across various channels, including social media, email, and traditional media. By aligning the company's vision with customer needs, you contribute significantly to building a strong brand presence and fostering customer trust and loyalty.
Job Description:
- Ability to develop a communication plan and brand narrative that utilises a number of communications channels including website, email, printed collateral, social media, external channels, executive speeches and presentations
- Strong journalistic, storytelling, copywriting and editing skills with experience in simplifying complex writing for different audiences
- Prepare a range of short and long-form media and communication material, with an emphasis on digital content
- Ability to identify story and communication content opportunities that align with brand narrative
- Develop media and communication plans on behalf of internal teams and identify opportunities to engage with stakeholders
- Taking responsibility for editorial guidance across the business to ensure all communications align with the business strategy, messaging and narrative
- Working with a marketing team to develop brand communications that align with rolling marketing plans and goals
- Developing brand messaging to align with a communication plans
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a specialist role - in-house or agency
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills to the level expected for published material
- Proven expertise in crafting, optimising, and scaling innovative engagement strategies
- Passion for what you do
- Preference for working in a fast-paced, office-based team
- Exceptional time management, planning and prioritisation skills
- Personal alignment to the business values and organisational objectives
- Current federal police clearance (not more than 12 months old) and international police check if you have lived overseas in the last 10 years
- Evidence of Australian work rights (passport, birth certificate, etc)
Salary and Benefits:
- Rewarding remuneration band of $85,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation
