Position Summary
The Senior IT Business Analyst role is an experienced business system analyst typically with at least 7-10 years of experience, including at least 3-5 full life-cycle implementation delivering on complex processes with minor guidance across the Software Development Lifecycle including requirements gathering and analysis, business process documentation, system design and configuration, testing, implementation, and support (all with minimal supervision).
Strong technical and functional skills are demonstrated across more than one process and supporting systems to the portfolio which the Business Analyst is aligned to.
Expanding knowledge through more complex projects (or in related areas) will foster trust and position this person for career growth into an expert role (Lead Business Systems/Relationship Analyst).
Strong communication skills and professionalism will be evident as items requiring assistance will be communicated by the Business Analyst early and in a clear, concise manner with appropriate recommendation(s). Strong business acumen preferred.

1. o Lead specific system development and deployment activities for international operations.

2. o Conceptualize new processes, systems and information needs that add value to our business. Coordinate process improvements including:
Formulation and definition of technical scope and project objectives
Analysis of current business practices, processes, and systems
Define detailed project tasks
Team-based approach to project execution
Proactively engage technical staff to schedule and execute required tasks
3. o Cultivate and maintain successful relationships between Information Technology and business resources from various global organizations:
Actively participate in change management processes associated with system revisions
Work with business partners to manage project/enhancement priorities
Focus on continuous improvement for both the business process and the underlying technologies and system support
Focus on identifying information needs and delivering on these needs through identified reporting solutions
4. o Provide hands-on technical support for ERP, operational reporting, and relevant 3rd party solutions
Research, analysis, and resolution
Performance-related issues
Track and address bugs identified in testing and production
Security and access management
5. o Maintain thorough system documentation to support turnover and training
6. o Miscellaneous projects and tasks as assigned

Specific Work Requirements
1. Communication using English language is mandatory; communication using Chinese language is a plus.
2. Deep functional understanding of the following operations and systems that support them:
a. Sales
b. Supply chain
c. Customer service
d. Financial operations
3. Oracle Experience, CRM Salesforce, EDI Integration experiences.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and manage small projects in a cross-functional, multi-country environment.
5. Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting complex ERP solutions.
6. Meeting and task facilitation skills - ability to take the lead and guide
