About the job:
To Conduct business needs analysis and identify areas for improvement and to translate business requirements into clear, concise, and testable functional specifications.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Strong understanding of IT project lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience working with various stakeholders, including business users and technical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
- Experience with data modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
