The Opportunity

With a healthy pipeline of projects, we are looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our team. As the Senior IT (Dynamics) Developer in this role, you will focus on providing technical support to the development and implementation of specified updates/enhancements for The Five Group’s Job tracking and management system (Dynamics). This role will be reporting to the IT Business Applications Manager.

**We have offices in WA, NSW, VIC, QLD and SA in Australia, therefore candidates from those states are encouraged to apply. **

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, support and upgrade Dynamics 365 (Job Tracking and Management System).
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of stated requirements and provide appropriate solutions. 
• Work with system architect and IT Developers to design and deliver effective solutions. 
• Liaise with stakeholders regularly.
• Maintain and enhance existing solutions to uphold and improve system functionality.
• Realise business and process analysis relating to system requirements.
• Document and develop test-cases for functionality validation.
• Work within structured project management, development management and service delivery frameworks to meet agreed deadlines. 
• Other duties as required.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

We are on the lookout for a team player with a can-do attitude, a strong customer-focused attitude who has demonstrated experience in the following:

• Microsoft Dynamics PowerApps experience is a MUST.
• Relevant IT qualification OR Minimum 2-3 years’ previous experience in a similar position.
• Using JavaScript, JSON, C#, .NET, Azure, ASP.NET, Microsoft 365, Power BI. 
• Developing custom solutions for Dynamics and working on a full cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 Online
• GIT repositories, DevOps, CI/CD, and designing and implementing MIS Power Platform solutions.
• Soft skills – strong customer focus, problem-solving, teamwork, communication (verbal and written, face to face and virtual), interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated experience in the following technologies would also be considered highly advantageous:

1. Office 365, Azure.
2. Agile/SCRUM practices and principles.
3. Experience with standard and modern JavaScript frameworks.
4. JSON/REST and SOAP.
5. SQL, OData.
