As a Senior IT Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure. You will ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems, provide technical support to employees, and contribute to ongoing IT projects. You will balance conflicting priorities, from employee productivity to security.
What You'll Own
Manage many company-wide systems (ex, Google Workspace, Okta, Zoom)
Develop and document IT processes and best practices.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees for hardware and software issues.
Coordinate with stakeholders on the implementation of security policies and manage the overall security strategy for the company's growth.
Build automation to enable scalable processes
Establish and Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Manage and maintain inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to make recommendations for improvements.
Train employees on IT best practices and use of technology tools.
Who We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in IT support and system administration.
Expert in MacOS operating systems and MDM tools.
Knowledge of AWS Identity Access Management techniques.
Strong knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.
A strategic mindset with the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals and drive innovation.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
