The Role:
This is a fast-paced role offering a chance to work with some of Sydney's most prestigious and newly built properties. As the new Senior Leasing Consultant, you will need to have the ability to provide a high-level service that is above & beyond your high-profile client's expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Handling & addressing rental enquires via email and phone
- Conducting open homes and open-for-inspections
- Routine inspections
- Diary Management
- Preparing lease sign-ups and lease packs
- Reference checking
- Reviewing application forms
- Ad hoc administration duties
The Successful Candidate:
- Previous leasing experience in Real Estate
- A current Certificate of Registration, a reliable car and valid driver's license
- Proficient knowledge of Real Estate programs
- Fantastic communication both written & verbal
- Excellent computer skills
- A high level of organization
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A strong work ethic
