- Tertiary qualifications in law
- Admission as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of an Australian State or Territory (currently holding, or eligible to hold a NSW practising certificate)
- Knowledge and understanding of the legal and regulatory property framework, including the Conveyancing Act 1919 and the Real Property Act 1900
- Experience in commercial property transactions and land development projects, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, licences, easements, and other property related dealings and documents
- Experience in advising on legal and commercial risks in relation to property matters and dealings
- Post-qualification legal experience, gained in a law firm or in an in-house environment
- Ability to independently prioritise workload in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
- Experience in communicating and building relationships with people at all levels of an organisation and providing advice to senior management
